Rick Elbaz, founder and owner of Elbaz Companies, knows how to forecast trends, build partnerships, and turn visions into reality.
Having entered the hospitality and specialty retail sectors in 2008 with a single kiosk at the Fashion Show Mall, Elbaz learned the building blocks to a profitable enterprise in hospitality begin with studying your target market and delivering the products and services they demand. The company’s mission, to focus on developing new products and services people fall in love with, and to monetize those products and services in innovative and effective ways, unique to the Las Vegas Hospitality Experience has proven successful time and time again.
Today, Elbaz Companies has opened dozens of retail locations across the country, employed hundreds of people, and become a prime operator for Las Vegas’s top casinos and resorts.
Being Vegas bred, Elbaz knows today’s consumers not only seek cutting edge products but destination experiences that wow and delight. Innovation is the key to grabbing the attention of the hospitality consumer. The growth from specialty retail dominator to hospitality experience creator was a natural one. In the course of that evolution, Elbaz has become known for turning everything from the latest in specialty retail trends to bars and entertainment venues into unmatched experiential destinations.
